Pair of former Alabama players recruiting transfer DB for the Tide
Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

A pair of former Alabama football players, who are now in the NFL are recruiting Penn State transfer defensive back, King Mack for the Crimson Tide.

Dallas Turner and Jordan Battle posted to their Instagram story on Friday evening, encouraging the former Nittany Lion to come to Tuscaloosa. Turner posted, “We need em Bama Family.”

Battle shared “Roll Tide” with the shushing emoji.

Battle, Mack and Turner played their high school football at St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Florida.

Mack played in 13 games as a true freshman for the Nittany Lions last season. He finished the year with three tackles and a quarterback hurry as a safety.

The Tide is actively recruiting defensive backs out of the portal to add to its secondary.
